2 Bowl Spinach
1 Tablespoon Black Cumin Seeds
2 Dry Red Chillies
½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida
1 Small Tomato
Cut spinach in small pieces and wash them properly. After that boil spinach leaves in a pot.
Cut tomato in 4 pieces
Now cook 2-3 tablespoon oil in low flame. When oil is cooked properly, spread asafoetida and after 30 seconds put cumin seeds and dry red chillies.
After 1 minute, put all the spinach in the oi, make sure to remove most of the water before frying it.
Now spread salt, add tomato pieces. Fry spinach properly from both sides.
