Sprout Papad Salad (Papad Ankurit Salad)

1 Papad

1 Small Bowl Green Gram Sprout

1 Small Bowl Chickpeas Sprout

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder



Fry papad in a fry pan properly from both sides. When papadum is fried properly, while in soft, place it on top of the base of a flattened bowl than place another bowl on top of papad to shape it like a bowl.

Now, mix sprouts in the center of the bowl shaped papad, and spread red chilli powder, or any other masala.

Serve it as snack. Serves – 1-2 persons
