1 Bowl Gram Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
3-4 Tiny Pieces of Ginger
4-5 Coriander Leaves
½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida
Put gram flour in a pot and add sugar, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and 4-5 tablespoon oil.
Mix it properly and don’t use water. To fill mixture in brinjal it should be oily wet. Now, pick brinjal and cut it so it can be filled with the mixture we made.
Now, cook oil (4-5 drops) in a pan to fry brinjals. Cook oil properly and add asafoetida in it. After 1-2 minutes drop the brinjals we filled with the mixture if the gram flour.
Now fry the brinjals in low flames properly from all sides. After 1 minute add water. COver pan by lid and cook for 5-8 minutes.
Now, remove lid and check, if it is soften, than spread leftover of gram flour mixture from top and close the lid again.
Remove it after 5-6 minutes and flip sides of brinjals and mix properly slowly.
Serve with what suits your taste.
