½ Tablespoon coriander powder
½ Tablespoon red chilli powder
1 Small bowl jaggery
Few leaves of coriander
1 green chilli
½ table spoon asafoetida
Grind ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves and make paste. Now put water on pan and drop two tomatoes in it to boil.
Boil tomatoes for 10 minutes. Now remove the cover of tomatoes and mesh both of the tomatoes properly.
Meanwhile, heat up oil in low flame. After heating oil, add asafoetida, after 10-15 seconds, add paste of ginger and green chilli, and add red chilli powder. Fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Now add jaggery and salt and mix them properly again. Now add tomato paste we made and mix them properly.
Now put lid on pan and leave for 10 minutes.
Serve what suits your taste.
