Turmeric & Ginger Pickle (Haldi Adrak ka Achar)

1 Ginger (tiny piece)

1 Turmeric (tiny pieces)

2 Lemon (tiny pieces)

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

Salt

Method

Place pieces of turmeric, lemon and ginger in a plate and add salt as per taste then spread few drops of lemon. Mix all properly.

Serve as pickle with rice or chapati.

Serves – 1-2 Persons
