1 Bowl Pigeon Pea
½ Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
½ Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1 Tablespoon Jaggery (semi crushed)
1 Tablespoon Coriander
1 Green Chilli
½ Tablespoon Ginger (small pieces)
Boil Pigeon peas till it becomes soft.
Add turmeric powder in boiled pigeon pea sinked in water followed by red chilli powder, jaggery, coriander powder, green chilli and curry leaves.
Now, boil it for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with what suits you best.
