Use of Leftover Chapatis

2 Tablespoon Oil

2-3 Chapati

Asafoetida

½ Small Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

½ Small Tablespoon Coriander Powder

Salt

Method

Cook oil in a pot and meanwhile oil is cooking, divide chapati in to 2 or 4 pieces. When oil is cooked properly, fry chapati pieces in oil.

It will turn to light brown colour when chapati is fried properly. Don’t overcook it.

Now, take fried pieces in a plate and spread as per taste red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt from top.

Serve as snack.

Serves – 1-2 persons
