Yam Snack (Suran Namkeen)

1 Mid Sized Yam

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli

½ Tablespoon Salt

Preparation

Wash yam properly and peel. Then, cut yam in small pieces and boil for 20 minutes.

Now cook oil properly. After oil is cooked enough, fry all the yam in it. Fry it properly till it turns to golden yellow colour.

After frying yam properly, take it out on a plate and spread red chilli powder and salt.

Serves as snacks.

Serves – 2-3 persons.
